The golden rule

Simple chinese sentences

  • Subject + Verb + Object
    • Eg: I love you / He drinks water

Complicated chinese sentences

  • Subject (1)  + When (2) + Where (3) + How (4) + Action (5)
  • When + Subject + Where + How + Action

GOLDEN RULES (Part 1) :

=> I study chinese at the library with Lily tomorrow.

(1) I – “subject”
(5) study Chinese – “action”
(3) at the library – “where”
(4) with Lily – “how”
(2) tomorrow – “when”

CHINGLISH

(1) I – “subject”
(2) tomorrow – “when”
(3) at the library – “where”
(4) with Lily – “how”
(5) study Chinese – “action”

OTHER EXAMPLES

EN: I work at IBM
CH: I at IBM work

EN: I like to work with you
CH: I like to with you work

EN: I go to work by subway
CH: I by subway go to work
