Assalamualaikum & Hi !

Therefore, it easy for me to search back my notes if I post here. So, I wonder if you guys also need this notes especially Unikl miit students, I think laaa..  Just to highlight that my notes are not 100% correct, and you guys need to refer your lecturer ok!

  1. In Malaysia the law provided is Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act of 1996
  2. Specifically, S 230 provides that “no provider or user of an interactive computer service shall be treated as a publisher or speaker of any information provided by another information content provider.”
  3. Further, S 230 eliminates potential civil liability where a provider or user takes a good faith voluntary action to restrict access to or availability of material that the provider or user consider obscene, harassing, or otherwise objectionable, whether or not the material is constitutionally protected.

This is my notes and not complete, might be incorrect or correct. You may refer to your lectures.
Thank you for reading.. Hope this note help you to make quick review for your subject.
